The hotel in Lansing was beautifully designed and great looking. The rooms were reasonably large and functional, including a writing desk and a lounge area. The bed was comfortable. The staff in the morning were knowledgeable during check out.

The staff here are very helpful, and the location is perfect for exploring the area; there are plenty of breakfast options available, including cereal and fruit.

the breakfast was free and great with waffles, a waffle maker plus hard boiled eggs and frequently replenished. my room was neat & newly remodelled with a mini-fridge, fresh towels plus very comfortable beds. actually everything was very good, my next choice again in lansing.

Spacious rooms with fluffy pillows and comfortable beds. Friendly, professional staff allowed early check-in. Convenient location near many restaurants. Privacy and quietness on the top floor. Definitely a clean and comfortable choice.

The hotel is impressive and clean. The rooms are clean and come with a bathroom, a mini-fridge, and nice sculptures. The breakfast offers beverages, oatmeal, and hash browns. The staff is good and provides nice service.

The bed and pillows were the best I have ever laid on.

The water was cloudy, tasted weird and left a white later on my skin after showering. I would have sworn it was chlorine. Please check your salt to chlorine ratio.

The hotel was perfect in terms of location, being near my parent's house and just off the highway, making it easy to get around. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was very generous, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great.

We had an issue with our room not being serviced, but the front desk staff were quick to address the problem and sent housekeeping right away. The room was cleaned to our satisfaction and we appreciated their prompt response. I would recommend this hotel.

It was fine considering our budget. By "fine" I mean nothing was spectacular. It was a decent value, the room was clean but probably wouldn't have passed a White Glove test.

The surrounding environment detracted from our stay. It's on an end of town that is convenient to the expressway only. Other than that, the parking lot is made us nervous, everyone we told responded with; "You're staying out there?" Apparently there has been some violence in the area and it doesn't exactly have a Disnleyland vibe about it.

Pool needed cleaning, hot tub jets were not working and tub needed cleaning also. Included breakfast did not have any selection.
